Waiver and Discounts

Because the journal currently operates under a no-fee publication policy, there is no separate APC waiver or discount program.

Other Charges

Authors will not be charged for ordinary editorial processing or online publication. However, if a manuscript requires exceptional services or costs that are not part of the standard publication process, the editorial office will communicate such costs to the authors in advance and obtain the authors' agreement before proceeding.
